several level 4 missioning agents would be great.
command ship 5 with leadership near maxed out.
near perfect on targeting, shields, armor, engineering, electronic systems
positive sec status.
a name I like.
implants are always good, the more money invested the better.
The character must have skills applied in one or 2 races max.
Carrier 5 with drone 5 and related skills for the ship would be great.
