First, welcome to EvE!

There is an entire forum dedicated to helping people finding the right corporation. It is a bit of a shark tank / recruiting frenzy, but it is worth checking out. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=topics&f=265

If you want some advice, I would look at the established corporations that are centered around assisting new players. The two that spring to mind are EvE University and Brave Newbies. They both cater to new players and will help teach you EvE. EvE University is more structure with formal classes and the like. Brave Newbies is currently engaged in taking sov (space), as such your experience will be more hands on / learn by doing. Both are good choices to start out your EvE career.
