Bastion mode

I just tested on Sisi:
-with NPC timer, the bastion mode last forever (as all others modules) and the ship doesnt warp (tested auto repeat on and off). I noticed a bug: when i reconnected, the ship was in in bastion mode, whereas i set auto repeat off. More strange: i set auto reapeat on and off again, the bastion module still continues to cycle again. I had to shut down it mannually.
-without NPC timer, modules stay active and the ship instantly dissapear after some seconds.

Anyway, did CCP ever answersomethink to the last topics about the bastion mode and Ewarp? Do they want it to remain? if yes, why?

Some searching of the forums seems to indicate they are aware of it, but have never made any comment on it.

The issue has existed for years for cap ships using Siege/Triage, so I think it's pretty much working as designed. Like I said, I'm actually pretty O.K. with it. Marauders are awesome for PVE, so they have to have some down side, I suppose.

I certainly wouldn't complain if it was changed to attempt e-warp when they bastion cycle ended, though.
