Keep spew, don't dumb down my game

Couldn't find an unlocked thread to add my support to so here goes.

I'm probably too late to the discussion but I think it's a real shame that loot spew is going away.

Loot spew gave pilots willing to do data/relic sites intelligently an edge over others. Even solo if you cargo-scanned the containers before hacking, knew which spew-cans to target and then monitored your cargo-hold you could ENSURE that you'd get the loot you wanted. This also meant you'd often have to make a conscious decision to ignore other loot to be certain of recovering the stuff you wanted.

With loot spew removed once you warp to that data/relic site that is the END of any intelligent decision (bar leaving) you can make to increase your effectiveness.
The only thing limiting your capacity to loot now will be your cargo hold size.

I understand drop tables are being reduced by 30% to compensate for the increased loot-recovery.
Now I'm no economist but surely this is just ALL BAD for professional explorers (which I'm not). It's going to drive down prices of less valuable loot like Mechanical Parts which will be recovered more frequently just to add mindless value to a haul. Please tell me I'm wrong.

I'm really sad to see this game being dumbed down (because without dispute that's what's happening here). I'd be interested to know which dev(s) is responsible for this change
