PVP starter with decent support skills. It needs a little work, but is a great launchpad for anyone that wants to get involved in solo/small-gang pvp.

10M sp.
Can fly gallente interceptors and interdictors.
Can use T2 small hybrids.
Can fit T2 shield and armor tanks.

Clean killboard. No corp history. No killrights. Positive wallet.
