This item was once in the system but never implemented.

For the miner who wants just a little more.

My guess would be either a fleet increase of drone mining yield or navigation speed.

As to introducing it, we just got 3 new T2 Mining Foreman links with the latest patch, I'd say that's enough for now. Mining is fools work as it is.
