ok i know since last patch you can now change subsystems at POS on ur t3....

Does that mean i can now make all the t3 stuff inc hull in pos...and assemble it in ship array..and put subs on ?

basically i want to make a t3 in WH form beginning to end and launch it in there without going to HS station..

You can't assemble, yet.

You can refit subsystems anywhere you can refit modules, even a Mobile Depot. [I've personally not tried refitting yet.]
