I am in the market for an awesome lvl 4 mission runner. I am on a budget though so I may not be able to afford all of the toons offered to me. In that case I am looking to get as much as I can with what I have so I will be watching this post for a little while before I make my decision. Thanks

This might be a bit out of your budget but, this is the only character you will ever need caldari wise. My minimum on him is 20b, b/o set to 25b however I want to unload by next friday so make me a offer and we'll meet somewhere in the middle. You won't regret owning this toon.

Comes with a full set of +5s and the following standings (Just mentioning the ones I think are worth a mission runners time)
Corporate Police Force: 10.00
Mordu's Legion Command: 9.13
Caldari State: 8.67
Ammatar Mandate: 6.80
Khanid Kingdom: 6.64
Amarr Empire: 5.98
Guardian Angels: 5.94
Also 5 Mech Engineering R&D agents with a total RP spread amongst them of 132,805

Notes: Marauder V
Cyno V
Perfect Gunnery supports
Perfect Missile Supports
All navigation skills minus jump skills at 5
Good Social Skills
Amarr/Minmatar Cruiser V for logistics work and can easily get t2 mediums trained up
All tengu subsystems to IV and training to V all around.
Probing skills to IV

This might be closer to your budget but loses out on social skills because its a PVP pilot. On the brightside, he's a perfect dread pilot so incase you get into sov warfare ****, you'll be cap capable.
