Maybe i'm missing but this was announced at fanfest and then i haven't heard a SINGLE word about it from any Devs seance then.

Has it been Axed?

Is it scheduled for Kronos?

If so why is it not on the test server yet?

The industry changes have been rescheduled for Crius (Note that the Industry features presented at Fanfest have been moved to the Crius release on July 22nd).

If the POS standing changes aren't on Sisi yet you might get a faster response from a Dev/another player by asking in one of the indy dev blog feedback threads. Or here.
