If you can fly a Brutix it won't be that hard to get into a Naga. Then you can do like this Russian dude does. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBGbeRncBDw (i don't know this guy but damn it I love linking his videos lol).

Blitzing lvl 4 missions in low sec is good isk but takes time to build up to. You need high standings to be able to blitz properly, and it being low sec means you will probably lose your ship some to pirates. But once you get there is very good income without the hassle of faction warfare missions (which broadcast where you are at). of course FW missions is WAY more isk but you can live good on blitzing regular low sec lvl 4 missions.

For a starting pilot dive into a c1 wh and do a mix of gas/pi/and sleeper sites, some c1's can be fairly quiet, and if your careful a brutix runs the sites just fine. you'll find there's quite a bit of untapped isk there.. graduate up to c2 +wh's as your skills get higher, or dip into null-sec belt ratting

I go into FW lowsec in a cheap salvaging rifter w/ a cloak and loot the wrecks and salvage the ELITE WRECKS for mad cash. Just doing it for 2 hours on two days brought in 70mil (50 of which were a lot of faction torps from 1 wreck!).

Buy a PLEX, put it on the market for 720 mil ISK. It will sell in seconds, now you have ISK.

My Tip: Do whatever you ENJOY doing to make ISK which does not impeded greatly
into the experiences of others. Be competitive, but be polite about it. Whether undercutting,
beating a guy to a site, blowing his ship up, give a GF and polite conversation when it happens.

You will burn out of the game fast if your only goal is to raise your ISK count.
