Whats the fastest way to get ISK (Im looking in the tens of millions area), if you are worth approx. 60 mill? I currently pilot a Brutix.

Gank JF's in low. Loot wreck and have it hauled. Alternatively gank people who carry plex in cargo.

Buy ETC -> Convert ETC to PLEX -> Sell PLEX for ISK

That's the fastest and surest way to generate ISK and you'll get hundreds of millions, not just tens of millions.

Scams are a close second if you are good at them.

Find a corp with a Stupid CEO, join it, get permissions and steal everything, or lock down a corp members expensive ship and ransom/loot it. I find it pays fairly well, just not as fast as most people would like. Once in a while you get a big hual though and it makes the little gains all worth it.

60 mil budget? Factional Warfare. You didn't mention it, so i'm guessing you don't know gas mining..

60mil? That's maybe 1 or 2 lvl4 missions including salvage... buy skill books? grind mission agent standings? No wait... that might be rational.
Buy PLEX and sell it to players = fast.

do lvl3 missions, you can get plenty of 3% implants once you get the hang of it. just google a bit to find the missions that drop em.

there's also FW, but don't go there in anything bigger than a dessie if you are new. again, once you get the lay of the land and know which systems are "safe" and which aren't, you are set.

Buy a PLEX for real money and sell it on the ingame market.

You get about 740 million ISK for every PLEX.

Sell brutix, buy navy vexor, fit with gurista (kin/therm) tank, sentry drones, and probe launcher and hunt caldari highsec space for "gurista scout outpost". After about 20 hours of doing that you should have normalised out the streaks enough to have a big pile of cash.

The brutix can actually also do that, but you have to let ded 3s go when you see them, which is very time inefficient.

I did occasionally use the brutix as basically a big fat mwd boat for telescope racing, because it felt so good to light the mwd and watch the usual 10mn AB tengu go backwards (and it also didn't matter who tagged the 'scope, I just took the loot regardless), but in all honesty the brutix is terrible at it and having kin/therm guns to menace people in kin/therm encounters should never have worked.

Worm your way into a wormhole corp, prove capable enough that they give you roles, then steal everything.

Excuse me, let me answer that for you, since I'm the eggspert, Mark.

You get a frigate. A fast one, a Kestrel, with a bit of cargo space. Then you fly into low sec and find areas where people have fought. You steal the little-cargo-space much-ISK loot.

Meanwhile you put up a few buy and sell orders and get into trading.
