Pilgrim broken ...

I live in w-space

My pilgrim has the covert ops cloak turned off, and I can't online it due to the huge CPU cost (10,000) aka the ship's bonus isn't being applied.... My arazu and falcon are fine.

Anyone else having this issue?

did you try a real station and not a POS?

If you petition they'll probably ask you to repackage it and "try again" after which you go "FU it's got rigs", bypass that by removing all mods and ask them to have it fully replaced in bits (ship+rigs) straight from the start. Not sure if they can spawn them in a SMA for ya though.

Hi Gab, tested my own stuff to see if I had any issue and everything is fine to me with these models:

Arazu: Ok

Falcon: Ok

Nemesis: OK

Location/fitting: SOV stations/NPC stations

A few of us have had this fairly consistently in Wormholes since Crucible. It's the Falcon for me.

The fix is easy: Relog.

It appears that a skill (or skills) are not being taken into account when logging in, causing the covert cloak (and maybe other modules, not sure) to not work.

If you've not had this reported Tuxford, I'll run the log server and try and capture something of use for you next time it happens.

Something similar has happened before if i am not mistaken.. .

Ship bonuses didnt apply. Aka missile dmg, drone dmg etc. So its probably this..

As someone allready pointed out, docking in station changing ships and then undocking should help. Yet this point is kind of moot, considering you live in wh.

Still happening, don't know if this has ever bean fixed since the only way to "fix" it by yourself is log on/off.

Seems implants are not working neither, or some, depends. It's random on conection and not location/ship.

yeah, its called leaving w-space for a few minutes
unless you are one of those nuts who live (if you can call that living) 500 random jumps from the nearest null static

I poked around at this earlier today and wasn't able to repro. I'll take a closer look tomorrow. When you say relog fixes this then did you log back in straight away or did you allow time to pass for ship to disappear from space?

I can't remember for certain, sorry.
My best guess is that I didn't wait for the ship to disappear (it was in a POS) as I wanted to change into the Falcon for hunting and there would be no reason for me to wait the 2 mins knowing there was targets.

I've been trying for about 30mins with the logserver open and no luck either. I'll be sure to bug report it if I manage to get it again.

Had a look through my logs Tuxford, this is the best I can give you I'm afraid. I didn't have the logserver running at the time. Don't know if the logs your side will show anything around the same time.
This was from a chatlog, so timing may be a few seconds off:

[ 2011.11.30 20:00:51 ] ChaseTheLasers > To bring Covert Ops Cloaking Device II online requires 10000.00 cpu units, but only 216.50 of the 625.00 units that your computer produces are still available.

That was getting into a Falcon, which I easily have the skills to fly and fit without any implants.

For me it was wait until downtime.

I had 3 pilgrims, none could fit the cloak, my arazu and falcon could.

the next day it worked.
