What is Concord? Why are they not out raiding into low sec/null to serve arrest warrents or shooting up NPC Pirate stations? Same for the Pirates? cops next door why are they not shooting? Why has anyone never discovered a NEW solar system? We can build outposts and titians but not a jumpgate to a new system? really? Whats the point of NPC corps in highsec when they NEVER wardec each other? Want the server population to move? let a 1000 people log on and find out like it or not they're in a shooting war with another npc corp..see how recruitting changes then. I know the new monicle design and new space barbie boot desgin is more pressing but maybe just maybe before the server population drops another 50% we can have some real new content?

also how would npc war decs help subs....it wouldd hurt subs. You'd have trials dying everytime they undocked. Gee I'd like to run my tutorial mssions to learn how to play this game and make soime isk. But some ass keeps shooting up my reapers with an imperial slicer because I am red to him. 14 day trial......be done in less than a week.



And you' know this happen....already got sad neckbeards who bait noob miners in navitas' to get the sad killmails, war decs having these neckbeards hitting all the starter mission systems and level 1's a very likely outcome.
