I was wondering when the models that were mentioned during the fanfest were going to be made available?

When people say "models" I think 3D-CAD...not "Revell" brand plastic models. For all I know he could have meant fashion-"models" as well....which would make for one hell of a fanfest.

The new ship "models" have been slow in coming out on Sisi....so I thought that is what he meant.

The Models came to being in 1978. You're a bit late to catch them though.

Oh, you meant the Megathron model from QMX and the Nyx from Project Triforce? No idea. Watch the news feeds from those two companies and from CCP itself, I'm sure it will be hard to miss the opportunity to buy one.

Just … y'know … while you're waiting for the models to be released, this would be the time to get that second job and start hiding that piggy bank away from the spousal other. I would expect something with the detail and features of the announced Nyx model to be in the $1000 ballpark, while the Megathron from QMX is probably going to be closer to $300.

They will be incredibly detailed models, if the previous work of these companies is a good predictor of their future work. Sadly, I don't have the space or budget for a $1000 keepsake.

It's in the keynote. 2015 from memory.

Two different companies for two different ships and ship sizes.

10 inch Mega and 28 inch Nyx with operating lights.

That's my recollection anyway.

Holy crap on the prices. That is disappointing. I'm an Eve fan but holy crap. I was hoping the 10 inch models would not be so expensive.

I understand the Nyx model being very costly, but it would be great if they could price something within a reasonable price range.
