Hey there mates,
I really want to fit a Cynabal but that space slug is quite a pretty penny. I want to practice PVP tactics and fittings in the closest inexpensive Minmatar hull. I feel like the Stabber is the way to go for a bit. If you have advice on that feel free to send it my way.
In any case I could use some recommend fittings for a Stabber and any advise/ wisdom you can send my way. Just to be clear I intend to kite with it and I'm thinking Arty's and speed tanking is what I should be doing.

Thanks in advance. Fly safe

Cynabal has mostly it's flexibility for an advantage.

There are mainly three fits for the cyna:
- 720 with longpoint, pimpweb or sebo depending on gangsize and 2 LSEs
- 425s with 2 LSEs, either point/web or point/AB + mwd, mandatory med neut
- (expensive) active 100mn cyna with large SB and a scrambler

The last really needs the cyna's PG/PCU so you can realize it, but the second one you can imitate rather well with a stabber. Since you're stuck with 2 utility highs though, the stabber not rarely profits from fitting rapid lights - also as two neuts demand more cap than you'll have.

Should do just fine. If you're more into utilizing it's speed though, you should aim for a nano or polycarb rigs.
