Can I do the manufacturing since it is legally or Plex has to be nullcorp stored and what is the role of herbs or all these bio products under Trade Goods?

ok i make more clear i ask becase only me in corp and need to know if manufacturing is doable without mixing those items under Trade Goods and i have plex, so nullsec corp is fine or i must have to should an office in low/hisex?
