I have the skills to use a Machariel, Gallente and Minmatar BS, Minmatar HAC, Loki, Gallente and Minmatar BC,Gallente and Minmatar Crusiers.

Whats a good one to use for this type of rat for just belt ratting and could you link a build please? A few options maybe since i'm in null sec so kinda limited as to which I can buy to get started asap. Also what weapon types?

I have large autocannon specialization at 4 but only T1 Large Hybrid turrets right now while training medium railgun specialization to move on to large.

Oh and my tanking skills are in armour tanking.

Right now the meta for almost all cases is "Ishtar". But I can't speak to the drone regions specifically.

Can't use any of those :( btw I do have shield tanking skills too just have to train up my 4 resist skills. Given how many ships I can already fly isn't there an option in them I can use?

Out of the options you're listing I'd go with a Dominix.

Most drones are rather easy to rangetank, IIRC. Warp at 100, deploy Curators. Blap blap.

EDIT: If your drone skills suck, I guess it's AC Mael?
