Exactly.

They also state:
10. The character being sold must be in an NPC corporation at the time of posting, and for the entire duration of the sale/auction thread being active.

Because of that the thread gets locked instead of moved. Please feel free to repost your character sale in the Character Bazaar section of the forum when your character for sale resides in a NPC corporation.
