[CCP] If you send mail to CCP Devs...

Does it reach them?

Do they get read?

Do they get read in a timely manner?

If you have questions regarding forum rulings, who are the appropriate people to ask and what is the best way of reaching them?

In the past yeah kinda, doubt they will read it now. Best option is to go through support.

If you have a question about forum rulings, you need to raise them through a support ticket.

If you mean EVE Mail then its unlikely they get read, if you mean email then i assume the probably get read but you're unlikely to get a response, if its regarding a forum ruling you could always ask support to contact the forum moderators however the ruling is very unlikely to be overturned

Which dev and in relation with what will have a fairly large impact, for instance,ccp WhiteNoiseTrash is straight forward to contact, he responds to almost any post in his threads (assuming it's in relation to eve having sound)he dose have one in gd.

The test server (both itself and its associated subforum ) are olso good, however I'd recommend that you both post with your main and stay on topic (and ffs be polite).

I personally read all of my EVEmails, but don't necessarily reply to them all (if for instance, as happens reasonably often, someone asks me about something widely different from my role)

Thanks for the reply Goliath :)

It's good to get confirmation that EVE Mails to CCP Devs aren't simply lost in the void. I understand the lack of response to them, I just wanted to know my time didn't simply disappear.
