It is a decently skilled character. Save for a bit of training that would be needed in Gunnery and missiles.

I would say for auctioning a starting bid of 30-35B with a B/O of 40-45B is possible.

Factors that would +/- that would be

Positive Wallet
Standings with NPC Factions/Corps
JCs
-implants in clones
Security Status
KRs for/against

Also if you do choose to sell-

Make sure the character is an NPC corporation.

Standings are pretty neutral. Positive sec status, no active KR's (for or against). Set of +4's, and one clone with LG crystals and the CA-1 powergrid upgrade.
