I tried creating a special launcher for Gallente ships that shoot white flags at the enemy, but CCP Rise and Fozzie used their veto against that idea.

You should make a ship that can only travel in reverse which can only fit defender missiles. Instead of company names of the manufacturers you can write "I surrender" and "mon frer!" (that mean brother in some wierd wrong spelled way right?)
