They should contact George R. R. Martin to pen an episode or two.
He's perfect for the job; Everybody dies, several times.

As directed by Micheal Bay. The ships will of course be redesigned.

Just keep J. J. Abrams away from it. I don't want to be blinded by lens flares.

Michael Bay will take one look at a Marauder, or the Rorq, and go "Hmm... Transformers"

No no - have J.J. Abrams involved, get the cool ass story, remove him before he gets someone everyone likes killed, then leave the rest to James Cameron/Ridley Scott.

You know that works, right? GRR Martin! GRR Goons! Think about it.

Do you play EVE like a girl ...because um... you ARE a girl?

Do you know about the WGoE (Women Gamers of EVE) chat channel?

For access information visit the public chat room 'Women Gamers public'.

GRRM used to write very good SF before switching to fantasy. But when they try to make his SF into films, this is the result.....

Ugh. Worst film I ever paid to see in a theater.

Be careful what you ask for.

There's genuine and well founded concen that George remote rep Martin (I'm certain that's what it stands for) might not live long enough to finish his novels,
I doubt getting him involved with eve will help with that.

Ah shite...

Too bad Sergio Leone isn't around anymore.

We'd get Titans staring at eachother in heavy TiDi, until one activates its doomsday quicker than the others.

Make space glamorous! Is EVE dying or not? Ask the EVE-O Death-o-meter!

The final gun fight, space is littered with the wrecks of the dead. The camera shows the two ships on the opposite side of the screen. We might need 2.31:1 cinemascope film here, an asteroid tumbles through the scene in the foreground, the camera closes in on the "eyes" of the ships. A bit of oil slides down the hull of the Ragnarok, while tension mounts, and then the music stops, for a second.

guess the eve show cant do any different than mixing a lot of western motives, with some battleship/sub movies, and some drama...
so basically Hunt For Red Firefly.

A Fistful of ISK

CFC on one side of New Eden, PL on the other, and Cannibal Kane right in the middle.

well the everyone dies would be kinda meaningless in eve. I'd like to see a show about the pre-capsuleer era. Rise of the empires and stuff.

Since Incarna was never fully realized, we never got an answer about how they planned on handling fatalities in stations.
The DUST Merc implants weren't "discovered" until later.

heh, makes me wonder if CCP would want to create an in-game meta gaming mechanic, where, if you find where a characters clone vat is, you can hack it, and secretly moved it elsewhere, have them revive in a new clone, far from their belongings, and support :P

na, it just adds a mindfcuk factor.. last scene after the bigass showdown with all the sqinting and space tumbleweed:
yrs later the same guys who were wrecks on the battlefield draining some bar in some station somewhere and telling some utterly astonished noobs how they killed each other and what sneaky bastard X was who managed to...
