Offline mode?

For some reason I can't connect to anything from CCP via my ISP, the eve launcher says "offline mode" and all of CCP websites aren't working.

But I can connect to everything else(Facebook/google/emails etc.)

If I turn my wifi off on my phone I can connect to CCP websites

Reset your router. Your ISP is having issues and not linking correctly to CCP addresses, quite probably to anything in that area of the net. Resetting the router may force a refresh somewhere or link to a different DNS server that will then work.

Some of my Alliance mates are having the same problem.

Their launchers are saying "Offline" and "no internet connection" when clearly they have connection to different websites, like google, facebook etc...all others but Eve Online Cry

Some of them were connected but were then booted from the server

Or just check that your firewall is allowing the connection. Always start with the basics when troubleshooting.

I can access eve just fine, but not imgur.

I have issues with reddit but eve and imgur is fine...

edit: I also cannot access: www.r-bloggers.com or www.nature.com and some other sites.

I suspect someone has unplugged the atlantic cable. P

I can connect to things just fine in most of Europe, but anything US based is getting time-outs and garbled responses.

Yes yes, it's probably just a single tier provider that's gone bonkers. But that's not nearly as funny an image as the janitor's dog chewing on the cables or something similar. P

It also seems to have gotten unstuck for me so it could be that too.

We have several people in our alliance who can not join our teamspeak and some of us that can connect to our ts can not connect to our US based backup teamspeak.

Also all europe people can not connect to reddit, Imgur,cnn.com , Eveonline.com homepage and 30+ other websites.

The Us people can connect to the websites we can connect to but they can not connect to other websites like fleetup, teamviewer and more

I had the GCHQ dogs in my mind trying to adjust the splitter prism :)

Try running a tracert to see where the issue is along the route.

Start, Run, Cmd. Then in the command window type "tracert 87.237.38.200" and press enter, the IP being the TQ address.

This probably has nothing to do with the US & China hacking thing
But if it did, what is CCP's policy on losses suffered due to nation state cyber warfare?
