No bad standings - i.e. can travel any where in Empire
Fairly short Employment history
All Fiting and support skills to V
Frig and Cruiser V for all races.
Most sub cap gunnery, drones and missiles to V


Things i dont want, any industry skills, and science (apart from Thermo skills and scaning)
