Optimal training plan , remaps etc ?

Ok so I just started over again.I quit years ago and i had a 130m sp char I sold on bazaar and gave isk to corp and friends.

So I just want to get back in action and get the support skills done first and then remap and do combat, I don't mind being useless for awhile in order to get the optimal training speed.

I'm thinking something like remap to max int + mem and train support skills , t2 tank, electronics, engeneering etc all to 4 or 5 them remap percep/willpower and do combat ones?

I'm sure someone else has done something similar in the past if you could show me what you have done would be appreciated :)

My main goal is to get support skills done, then train for cruiser sized ships, ie becoming rly good with ishtar and the likes, and after that get in to some good incursions/ratting ship.

Also would like to include implants (+4s) and possible boosters.

Well obviously get Cybernetics to level 1 ASAP and you can have +3 implants (if you can afford them). Your plan would certainly be the fastest way for a very specialized training plan, but if you want to jump between skill sections as you build your new character you may want to take a more balanced approach. For example, when you are specialized int+mem I don't think you'll have much fun training weapon skills, spaceship command, etc.

Anyways, remember that new characters have three remaps. The first is the yearly timed one, then two bonus maps.

YA i don't mind the specialized approach, I actually don't even mind If i dont undock until this fall as I got plans most of the summer anyway.

I heard with implants and boosters u could get upwards 30 m + sp in a year, that's what Id like to do the first year atleast..

Boosters are new since I played, you guys know which to look for ? anything else important changed except for new ships etc last 2 years?

No. 64800 SP/day is the max. Amounts to 23.652.000 SP/year. Boosters have been around for years and they do not augment skill training speed in any way.

Yeah, boosters only affect stuff like combat stats etc. as far as I know. I think 23 or 24 is the highest default attribute level you can have, and +5 implants (although this requires Cybernetics V, a hefty train itself). If you have time like you say, then your skill plan will work well. If you're going to spend several months training it may be worthwhile to train Cybernetics IV to get that extra +1 (Standard vs Basic).

Since you seem to have specific skills in mind, download EVEMon and make a 6-12 month plan. It will tell you the optimal remap for your exact plan.

I'll check out evemon and try plan it that way thanks.

Also regarding attribute boosters, I meant cerebral accelerators

Cerebral Accelerators can only be used on new players and come as part of starter packs, if I recall correctly. I'm not sure if you can buy one from another player or if they are bound to the account with the starter pack.
