Plex is in free fall - investors have lost faith to the bubble

Having never used one of those dodgy Plex things, I find this thread mildly amusing.

Looks like PLEX is going up fast again. Already +20M since yesterday in Jita.

I just started playing again after a 2 month break and when I left plexs were at 380m. I would NEVER pay 400m+ for a plex, I am not suprised that they are going back down. I remember when plexes would average at 280-320m.

What blows me away was the speculators' ability to manipulate the market in the first place.
I for one had bought into the view that this was a fundamental shift in prices (thank goodness I only buy Plexes for gametime use).

The sheer amount of capital required to manipulate a market such as Plexes staggers me.
And the ability to trigger hysteria among so many people, very impressive. It takes a really co-ordinated effort to pull something off like this.

It's due to the discount plex sale. After December 6th, watch them go back up again in a few days.

I'm happy about this and just waiting till it bottoms out to buy a few for my accounts early this time. I always seem to need to renew my game time when plex is at its peak Evil

I hope they keep droping, all it is is pay to win.

If someone spends $$ and gets a crappy isk return, perfect, more than perfect, lol pay to win got screwed.

This makes me happy.

Wow, some people are really ******* dumb.

What happened was people had PLEX **stacked** BEFORE the run.

Then they sold them recently.

The price went down BECAUSE they flooded the market.

They bought the PLEX at <350 mil.

Beat that! Bought an entire mess of 90 day GTCs when I had nothing to spend ISK back when they were 270m. Good decision on my part, hah!
