I have 22 siphon units spread throughout a region and have stole a substantial amount of isk from these large alliances. I'm having an issue with one pos in particular. The moon has promethium on it, however when I come back to pick up the promethium from the moon 5 hours later, it siphon silicates instead. I doubt this large alliance would place a large tower in the middle of another region armed with teeth to mine silicates. My question is the moon bugged or is the siphon unit bugged.

I have plenty of other moons I'm siphoning that also has silicates accompanied by a r64 type but i'm getting thulium, dyspro, or neodmium, not silicates. Why is this moon giving me silicates instead of the r64?

so. you want the alliance to tell you what they are moon mining? just to confirm? because thats what it sounds like
