It is just like the title says.

I know it is a minor thing but it is a big thing to those that where so unlucky to make cyno alts from amarr race :)

now it is 115m3

with 120m3 you can make cyno alt with cyno gen lvl 4

:)

PS: for those who are just going to tell me to make a new one. pls leave those comment to your self it take time away from the main's.

For a basic one, I'm sure just Mech I is enough. Still gives you over 130 and cheap.

Not supported as unnecessary. Just use cheap T1 modules.

yeah thats what we really need in eve... more alts... damnit, use a real character for that... no wonder that all the badness of 0.0 can reach every region in minutes... firetruck 0.0

Would be ok idea. Minmatar ones are atm exactly on edge but have agility/speed advantage which would keep them one of the best options for cyno 4 alt but amarr one could use probably some small amount of love in that regard indeed.

Edit: On the other hand - why not reward proper preparation and make noob frigs unable to fit cynos ;) That way one would need a proper pile of cyno kestrels instead of storing only cyno gens and ozone all over the eve. It would make logistics somewhat harder and that is the aim - right?
