So are the changes live on sisi? I logged in today and the traits tab still say the same its always said.

All pirate faction ship changes seem to be live, the traits tabs just haven't been updated.

I don't recommend bothering with the Gila currently because medium drone skills simply do not exist at this particular point in time.
