Add ability to center map on ship.

In the Solar System map double clicking on anything centers the map on that object. Except your own ship, double clicking on that does nothing and there is no way to center the map accurately on your own ship.

This is very necessary for direction scanning.

Make it so that double clicking on the "Your are here" sign centers the map on the ship.

You don't "need" to use the system map to dscan ... the F-11 sidebar map is pretty helpful.

I can't check it right now, but I believe it includes a "centered on you" chunk of the system map.

You can't check for the presence of ships in signatures, anomalies of previously scanned out safe spots using the F11 map, because none of those things show up on the F11 map.

Also these items are commonly far off the system plane so the 2D F11 map is not useful for that reason too.
