Looking for "Fitting Check" Software

I need a tool where I can chose a ship and then insert fittings and then see if the pilots (API key provided by pilot is a must) I added are able to fly this ship+fitting. Is there a similar solution?

This should be very minimalistic and easy to use since it will be used on corp level with many members. An Excel sheet look alike would be awesome.

Osmium can do that. Register, make a character and import your skills via the API, then you can see which skills you need for any loadout.

The OP doesn't want to know which skills he needs for the loadout though, pretty much any fitting tool out there can do that. He wants to know if many different pilots can fly a given fit, and if I understand it correctly he doesn't want to click through every single pilot manually to check.

http://fleet-up.com has management reports to help CEO's and FC's understand this information.
