Hi, I would like to know something that would be really helpfull.

When you mine, you're at the last cycle to be full, does your cycle stops in the middle when its full or I have to stop it manually to be more efficient?

Stop it manually. As long as there is 1 unit of ore left your miner will use a full cycle on it.

Equipping a survey scanner can help you to determine how much of the cycle you will need to run to finish the rock off.

Keep in mind that if you're talking about your cargohold ... it will only fill with as much as you can hold.

SO, if you have 10 m3, and can mine 100 m3/cycle, then you will get 10m3 of stuff (or as close as possible, in the event that it's an odd size that doesn't fit into "10"), and the remainder is vaporized -- that is, the rock you were mining will have lost however many units of ore will fit into 100m3.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

No vaporisation. If you run a full cycle when you have a full cargo hold (which I have done before Oops ), the asteroid loses no units of ore. That's belts and mining missions alike
