Why is there not a skill for bumping. For each level 20 % more power to a bump.

It's a player skill, not a character skill.

You either got it, can develop it, or you ain't got it.

HTFU and learn to do it properly. You don't need a CCP provided skill to help overcome your own limitations.

Bumping is already heavily affected by skillpoints.

Shiptype, speed, mass influence (armor plates).

It's actually two skills --> "High Speed Maneuvering" and "Evasive Maneuvering".

That feeling when I think that CCP should develop their game more towards realistic flight behaviour how you would expect it from spaceships.... and then I read this.

With the Nomen able to push 16 km/s with max skills and links WITHOUT implants... don't think a skill is needed.
