Hehe, great to see excitement! Right now we're running some DB scripts that will take an unknown amount of time. Hopefully not too long though, ideally we'll be up within the hour at least in VIP. One note though folks - this isn't going to be the "all bells and whistles" summer build, this is a special build to test something very particular. More info will be coming in the thread that CCP Lebowski will post once we are sure the thing we want to test works.

There will be plenty! We are going for a pretty aggressive mass testing schedule this time around, once again more on this when Lebowski's thread goes up.
