Fleet Boosts Tool Tip

This is a simple suggestion. When I am in fleet and receiving boosts, I can see a green check mark on my fleet window indicating boosts are happening. I would like that when I mouse over that green check mark, a tool tip appears to itemize exactly everything I am receiving.

Example:
Scan Resolution: +20%
Agility: +2.5%
Shield Resists: +11%
Warp Disruption Range: +31%
Mining Laser Range: +50%
etc....

The other thing that this box would be really useful to include is who is giving boost x.

ex:

Scan Res: +20%, CCP Fozzie, Astarte
Armor resists: +x%, CCP Rise, Legion

I like it. Would probably be particularly helpful to newer guys too. I can honestly remember the one of the WH corps that was in the WH I lived in. Mined for 8 days before 1 of the more experienced corpies pointed out that they had set up the boosts wrong and 8 out of 18 mining ships weren't getting boosts.

Obvious bump to get this back to the top. It would be great if CCP could comment on the feasibility and likelihood that a change like this will be added to the game. Thanks.

This is a needed tooltip, imnsho. So bump and +1 and any other likes and crap to help get this done.
