DX11: minimizing client takes ages

Hi,

before introduction of DX11 in eve minimizing the eve client (using full screen setting) takes about 5 seconds of black screen.
Maximizing takes the same.

When i set it to DX9 it works normally.
Hoped that latest updates and drivers would have helped but nothing.

Have this on multiple computers with multiple versions of the Nvidia driver.

System specs:

Core i7 4770k
GTX 760
