Been out of the game awhile (four of the last five years, to be honest), but have more free time and enjoying my last few weeks in. Solo PvP can be fun, but I really miss the 0.0/WH life. Looking for a corp willing to help an old timer get back in; some things here are just foreign to me (T3? Why is everyone using scramblers instead of disrupters? etc...)

What I offer:

  1. Regular participant in corp activities. Avg 2 hours a night, 5+ weekends.
  2. Enthusiastic about pvp. I will generate kill mail, for good and for bad.
  3. self sufficient. I don't need you to give me isk, I tend to be pretty low maintenance.
  4. Mature. I'm almost 40. CTO, Married, 3 kids. I don't do drama (see #3, above, e.g., low maintenance).


What I want you to offer:

  1. Active corp. When I log in, people should be doing something, or willing to do something. I want to join a team, not a collection of individuals with the same logo.
  2. PvP oriented corp. I enjoy care-bearing from time to time, but pew pew makes me tick.
  3. Adult guild. I don't believe in age requirements, but on balancfe I'm hoping an avg age north of 25.
  4. Presence in 0.0 or WH5 space. I honestly don't know anything about WH space, but I know I don't like get shotting by gate guns, so keep me away from The Man.
  5. Patience. I'm still figuring some of the newer mechanics out.
  6. Mix of EU and USA TZ. I travel a lot, sometimes I'm in London/Paris, sometime the USA. It would be nice to be in a corp with a wide enough base that there's always someone on.

Hey man i was in the same boat as you. I joined up with these guys and there Great. Theymake alot of isk in wormholes and love to PVP everwhere. everyone is super experienced and helpfull. Convo me for more info

You seem to know what you want, and it seems we have what you want.

RIOT is a small gang pvp corp in an npc 0.0 alliance. We've been around for a long time and have always done very well in big SOV alliances. Recently we decided to change things up because we were tired of the endless CTA's and structure grinds so we joined an non-sov alliance for once. If you're looking for straight up no-nonsense PvP in a target rich enviroment, then look no further.

What you might like is that we are a mature(ish) corp with a no drama policy and we put real life first. A lot of our members are the same age as you and have the same things going on (deployments, shifts changing, generally not regular schedules).

Our corporation is a mid sized(100+), long-term, stable, competent, experienced, and mature group. Codger pilots are all 30+ years old, who log in to hang out with fellow players with real lives, responsibilities, families, and medical bills, and for null-sec PVP. We participate most often in small fleets, very regularly in medium fleets (~30-80), and always join up for large fleet actions, during coalition wars. Codgers have been there to participate in all the fights that made Eve history over the past few years.
