Additional info:
Very focussed PVP pilot with almost perfect support skills so those do not have to be trained. Training has been focussed on Amarr and Minmatar just to make sure this pilot was awesome flying atleast 2 races instead of flying all 4 races medioker.

actually if he did not start the transfer yet, he can change his mind. See the rules.
