in theory, no ... since you had to be subbed on May 6th. However, if we hit the goals over at The 11th b-day challenge then you should get those.

which seems to suggest that the soon-to-be unlocked drones will only go to pre-existing accounts. I wouldn't count on it.

And of course the 3 Geckos which everyone got will not be awarded to new accounts.

I made my account today and subscribed straight after and i was able to redeem 3 gecko drones.
