I would like to open up the discussion on why people should buy T2 bpo's anymore.

Prices are hyper inflated.
Manufacturing nerfs comming
Buying them for future "value increase" isnt smart when its peeking

Thats complete pollox. It is near impossible to predict how market will develop after the summer patch and you know that. I dont understand why u starting that trolling again. I like t2bpos and i continue to produce / buy / sell em. Ccp gave it out and they only need a good balance. Not a removal cause thats absurd.

ccp would kill some player/corp/alliance entities by removing or totally nerfing originals down. thats not the deeper sense of eve's sandbox.

They shouldn't buy them because CCP Greyscale has stated something is soon going to be done about them.

If they would ever completely remove them out of the blue the the T2 prints would be properly compensated (X amount of copies or whatever).

...

What is absurd is speculating that T2 BPOs will remain intact indefinitely. It's quite obvious that CCP isn't happy with them. And they even openly talked about this during Q&A Indy panel (admittedly the whole thing was very vague and non-committal).

It might take a long time before they make some drastic changes but I bet the T2 BPO 'bubble' will eventually break. Hell it might even happen sooner than expected. Invention is in need of a major revamp (which is coming soon) and it makes absolutely perfect sense to adjust T2 BPOs when this happens. They might not even need to touch T2 BPOs directly but nerf them indirectly by buffing the 'new invention' - whatever that might be.

Really it's an excellent time to buy as worst case scenario players will be compensated.
When blood is in the water it's time to feast. I can't wait to look back and laugh with dollar signs in mine eyes.

CCP has never been in the habit of intentionally burning players and they're not about to start now.
CCP has always been fair and I have no reason to believe they will stop doing so now.

T2 BPO prices have been based on perceived future capital gains, not perceived future profits, for some time now.

Those Fanfest comments indicate that the capital value may fall, not rise.

Now's the best time to buy, when people who want to buy them are spending effort spreading panic in order to snatch up cheap ones, you can just spend your effort on buying them.
