Hi, all!! Looking to purchase a T2 production & invention alt. Stats I'm interested in are:

• Mech Engr and Elec Engr at L4 or better
• Science at L5
• Research at L5
• Metallurgy at L5
• Material Efficiency at L5
• Specific Science skills to build all common T2 modules to at least L2 (or minimums for build)
• Specific rigging skills to build T2 rigs (level not important as long as the minimum to build is there)
• Mass Production at L5
• Advanced Mass Productions trained, willing to work with low levels on this skill
• Frigate Construction at L5
• Scientific Networking helpful, but not a deal breaker.
• Cruiser Construction at least L4

I'm interested in Science skills starting at around 6mil SP *minimum*, and production skills at around 2-3mil starting.

Weapon skills irrelevent; ship pilot skills irrelevent. Must be above -5 security standing and above -5 to all Empire factions. Jump clones irrelevent. Skills for Talocan, Yan Jung, Sleeper, and Takmahl sciences a bonus, but not required. Positive wallet, no kill rights either way. Must be in high sec Empire space somewhere. Combat-focused toons will be disregarded.
