Allow Stratios and Astero to fit covert cynos

The title says it all. These are the only covert capable ships that cannot do it and there's no good reason why no afaik.

They are Tech I ships.

They said at FF that the prospect will be able to do it. I also believe the prospect is a T2 ship though.

What is the point of tech2 ships if tech1/navy/pirates get the same abilities?

Tech2 ships are supposed to be specialised - and they are, you pay for their power through the nose via nested skill requirements and a bottleneck on manufacturing supplies.

dnt know if im sold on 'the specialty of the prospect is that it can light covert cynos'

but then again, the astero is quicker to alt train into than any T2 ship.

My argument is this - if they can use Covert Ops cloaks and they can jump through covert jump bridges, then they should also be able to fit and use covert cynos.

I think the reasoning is really in T2 vs T1.

The full conditions should read: If they can use Covert Ops cloaks and they can jump through covert jump bridges and are T2 ships....

The last condition was rudimentary because no T1 ship used to be able to fit covert cloak.
