Launcher issues login tokens even when version is incorrect

When leaving the launcher open over the course of a downtime, the client can become out of date, which leads to the client opening with a barrage of 3 or 4 dialogs (EULA, Incompatible build, upgrade available etc).

I would suggest that this is unexpected behaviour for users, and that when issuing login tokens, the current build version should be checked along with the user/pw, and the login fail if it doesn't meet the minimum required.
