Look up the Prophecy on EVE Wiki, it's a real thing, not something invented this year, it's old lore.

What actually has me curious is why on earth they gave the Rattlesnake an increase of 38 Cap. That's a whopping 0.7% increase :D Probably giving an awesome recharge rate improvement of something like 0.05 of a percent :D What on earth was that about ?

No, though Grrr Goons appeared on page 1, so I'm closer to figuring out the "Grrr Goons Constant" and formula for determining when every topic comes back to Grrr Goons.

This one might be an outlier though, as the thread also started as a Grrr Goons thread.
