You could even take a packaged super with a freighter from nullsec via B446 to Hisec, assemble it in station, undock it and then have to jump out to lowsec/nullsec when ISD Frowny Frownface comes and tut-tuts at you.

Though, that would be a pretty nice Burn Jita gank: Obby with nyx in cargo.

Also simple fix for this. Supers can only be packaged and unpacked in a CSAA. Boom done. CCP make it happen. Useless unpackageable supers in WH space as E-peen waving.

And! if CCP reimburses a super (which they do in stations) Would that be possible ?
(not that a super reimburse is easy...)
