Killing freighters in high sec

Taking down a freighter takes more than just some rookie flying a Catalyst. It's a coordinated effort. High-sec doesn't mean you're 100% safe from other players, nor should it.

Some guys killed 3 freighters with no cargo.

They have minimal loss and a bucket of tears as a reward perhaps.

I used to slingshot freighters in my old corps.

EDIT: Not sure what the past tense for slingshot shot be. Slangshot? Slingshotted? Slingshat? any other ideas Big smile

Out of curiosity, what stops someone from rolling a new trial account and training up those characters for catalysts? When all are -5.0, make a new account and so on.

Nope, in a 14 or 21 day trial you end up with a mediocre catalyst pilot
