I keep reading about all of these changes mentioned at fanfest (Leigon, player made gates, new faction ships, etc..) But can't seem to find any official pages that talk about them. I would like to read the facts and not just player speculation. Is there any official list anywhere of stuff that happened at fan fest? Without me having to sit through 20+ hours of youtube videos?

Go to a EVE news site and read articles related to fanfest events. EVE news 24 or the Mittani.com should both provide decent coverage of the important announcements and events. EVE related changes are usually presented in a condensed form in the EVE keynote. Detailed information and discussions about specific topics belong to specialized panels.

Recap of fanfest:
Awesome stuff was said.
Awesome stuff happened.
DUST is moving to PC so it can be as awesome as it should be.
Entire DUST playerbase freaks the f**k out because DUST can't stay on PS3 forever even though they know damn well the console itself has an expiration date.
More awesome stuff was said.
More awesome stuff happened.
CCP Guard being the man, as usual.
DUST players become even more apoplectic because every CCP employee didn't immediately ditch Fanfest to cater to their temper tantrums.

All things considered..... pretty much the best fanfest ever. Or at least it would have been if CCP had announced the DUST platform migration before Fanfest and reassured the players that their game wasn't vanishing into thin air.

That moment when you realize the crazy lady with all the cats was right...

As I understood it, theyre freaking the **** out because DUST IS NOT moving to the PC, Legion is, which is DUST+expansions/fixes, DUST only receiving "updates that are possible" from legion. Legion will be the new game going on, instead of DUST, with all the money and effort put into DUST by the players not carrying over.

This is exasperated by the fact that CCP was holding huge aurum-based events right before fanfest to encourage people to spend alot of money, followed less than a week alter by them saying all future development will be for Legion.
