Note! Easiest way to upgrade your account would be to do it via the eve online website. Usually they will have special offers such as a free standard cerebral accelerator implant which basically gives u extra speedy skill training only for 35 days. But don't worry, after 35 days you can use the implants included in my offer to continue your speedy training.
