I've been in the Minmatar Militia for over 2 years and I've been the victim of AWOXers 4 or 5 times, it is not full of AWOXers.

However if I'm running an offensive plex, have cleared the NPCs and ran most of the button down, killed a couple of enemies players that came in and then a (friendly militia) 2 week old player comes into the plex, expecting to pick up half the LP for just sitting there for 2 minutes. One you know will bale if a war target comes in, one you know doesn't have the skills to even clear the NPC if they had been up... well I can understand why many 'friendly militia' players won't stand for that.

Half the LP could be as much as 28437 LP for a small plex, almost enough for 3 Firetails and you think it is alright just to roll up, do nothing and take that from the guy who did all the work and took all the risk?

Are we supposed to be concerned that you may cancel your sub? I won't miss you!

The opportunity to play for 'free' is a nice EVE perk, not a 'right'.

If you lack the skill (or the time) to make 700M+ a month and are not willing to pay 15$, just unsub mate.

Making 700M+ a month in faction warfare is fairly easy, many people do it, if you're willing to learn and put some effort in it just ask your corpmates for help and advice. It's doable both by being a lame cloaked/stabbed farmer (ugh!) and being a decent solo PVPer (much better!). Or a combination of both.

Or make an ISK-making alt, for example a trader, mission runner, industrialist/PI, etc. whatever you enjoy most.

Or unsub. Big smile

Make space glamorous! Is EVE dying or not? Ask the EVE-O Death-o-meter!

You're in LS, anyone can kill you. If you join a corp, anyone in the corp can kill you. Maybe the other guy was being a jerk, or he could have heard you complaining in corp chat and have decided you were a jerk and needed some attitude adjustment, or maybe he thought you were squatting his outpost.

You're in FW. It says in every single FW site that every encounter is designed to increase pvp opportunities. PVP is the point of FW.

And if you are having to choose whether to feed the animals, do a spot of weed, OR play EVE, then your problem is not with EVE. As we tell everyone that comes in here dreaming of plexing as a newbie. EVE is one of the lowest paying jobs in the world. Especially for a newbie. Do you really want to spend a couple weeks to a month of gameplay earning $15, or would you rather go work a part time job for a couple of hours a month and spend the rest of your gameplay blowing stuff up?

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

If 15€ is too much for you, stop playing it. If you're still living with "it should be free" idea, you should go play some f2p game, not EVE. EVE is subscription based game. Even when I've got much more than for one PLEX on my wallet, I won't buy it - because I don't need it. If your whole point of the game is to grind to play it free (de facto you're not playing free - you're just doing virtual job to upkeep your account), just stop. And unsub. Space will be a bit more intelligent.

The "best" way to make ISK for a newbie player would be through trading. Your profits won't be based on your skillpoints so much, and more on real life intelligence.

Otherwise mining would be good. I believe you can make as much isk per hr from mining as you would from a level 2 mission.

I already paid the damn sub why do you think i have 44 days. yeah a 12 day old toon is going to win fights.

The easiest way to be "good" (or a dirty blobber) at this game is to make and bring friends.

Nobody likes sitting alone drinking on a saturday night flying internet spaceships, but messing on comms with another 12 dudes as your ships circle a mach peppering it makes for a hilarious time. Even if you do die

https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=298596&find=unread OATHS wants you. Come to the WH "Safety in eve is the greatest fallacy you will ever encounter. Once you accept this you will truely enjoy this game."

Many players in EVE pay the subscription money rather than use a PLEX (Pilot's License EXtension - not to be confused with the term plex meaning Faction Warfare complex, of course) just so they don't have to bother with any grind to make isk and can just do what they want to with their EVE time.. It's actually fairly cheap for a month's access to entertainment...and you won't get in Real Life trouble...usually...
