Controversial player bragging about defacing EVE Monument?

EDIT: This may, in fact, be a fake twitter account, an attempt to implicate Gevlon. The account is brand new and this is the only post on it.

Can anyone nearby the actual monument confirm or deny that he actually vandalized it, or is this just a photoshop? If real, this is a very serious situation - that monument is to the community of EVE Players, and there are some lines that must not be crossed.

(Yes, I am aware of the fatbee sticker that was put on, photographed, and removed without damaging the monument when it was revealed. There's a huge difference between that and physical damage.)

Edit: The damage, if it actually exists, would be on plate row 3 and column 10. Line number 34.

He is a very controversial personality that has ran for CSM before. He has made some enemies in his time, apparently some of which own switchblades.
